The Lenovo India Tech Utsav sale is live now: it started on 12 October 2026, Lenovo hasn’t published an end date, and its banner on 21 October calls it the last chance. It offers up to ₹20,000 cashback on credit cards or 12 months of no cost EMI, an exchange bonus of up to ₹15,000 and up to 10% off for students.

Lenovo India has run nine named sales in recent years, and this table always shows the next dates for each one. A sale gets a usual window only after it has run in the same window in at least two years; the rest show the window we’ve seen so far.

Lenovo Republic Day Sale
- Dates: ran until 27 January 2026; Lenovo didn’t publish a start date. We found no dated record for 2025.
- Status: Ended. Lenovo India’s page bills it as the “26th January Sale”, which is part of the wider Republic Day sale season.
- What gets discounted: laptops.
- How deep: up to ₹30,000 off laptops, per Lenovo India’s sale email in January 2026.
- Who it suits: anyone who missed the Diwali and year end offers and doesn’t want to wait for March.
Lenovo EOFY Sale
- Dates: 18 February to 31 March 2026. We found no dated record for 2025.
- Status: Ended. It closes with India’s financial year on 31 March.
- What gets discounted: custom built (CTO) laptops and desktops, with cashback and exchange offers layered on top.
- How deep: up to ₹45,000 off across cashback, exchange and customisation, per Lenovo India’s email in February 2026.
- Who it suits: small businesses and freelancers buying before the financial year closes, and anyone who wants a specific configuration.
- Tip: businesses can join LenovoPro for free, which Lenovo says adds up to an extra 10% off Think products.
Lenovo Summer Sale
- Dates: 7 to 19 May 2026. We found no dated record for 2025.
- Status: Ended.
- What gets discounted: everything sitewide, through card cashback rather than a lower list price.
- How deep: up to ₹20,000 cashback on credit cards, per Lenovo India’s email in May 2026.
- Who it suits: anyone holding a card in the offer who can’t wait until July. Other brands’ offers sit on our summer sales page.
Lenovo Back to School and Back to College Sale
- Dates: 16 to 31 July 2026 for the offer Lenovo India emailed us. In 2025 the Back to College campaign ran from 10 June to 17 August, per Lenovo’s announcement reported by Digital Terminal and Gadgetbridge.
- Status: Ended. It’s Lenovo’s version of the back to school season.
- What gets discounted: laptops for students. The 2025 edition added a free backpack, a year of Microsoft Office, up to 3 years of accidental damage protection and EMI from ₹1,999 a month.
- How deep: up to 50% off laptops, per Lenovo India’s email in July 2026. Analytics Insight reported price cuts of up to ₹15,000 in 2025.
- Who it suits: college students and parents buying before term starts.
- Tip: verify your student status before the sale opens, because the student price only appears after verification.
Lenovo Freedom Sale
- Dates: we didn’t log exact dates for 2026. In 2025 it was live by 9 August (Analytics Insight); Lenovo’s email offer ended on 10 August, while Bajaj Finserv listed its deals as valid until 31 August.
- Status: Ended. It’s Lenovo’s run at the Independence Day sales around 15 August.
- What gets discounted: laptops, tablets and accessories.
- How deep: up to 44% off, per Lenovo India’s email in August 2025. Bajaj Finserv quoted up to 60% off popular models for the same 2025 sale.
- Who it suits: students who missed the July window and anyone buying a tablet.
Lenovo Tech Utsav Sale
- Dates: from 12 October 2026, with no published end date. Lenovo’s email gave 16 October, but the banner was still up on 21 October. We found no dated record for 2025.
- Status: Live now. The banner on 21 October reads “Last chance to grab the best deals of Tech Utsav”.
- What gets discounted: laptops, desktops, tablets and gaming PCs, with deals that rotate every few days.
- How deep: up to 40% off, per Lenovo India’s email on 12 October. The live banner adds up to ₹20,000 card cashback or 12 months of no cost EMI, an exchange bonus of up to ₹15,000, a three year warranty pack from ₹999 and up to 10% off for students.
- Who it suits: anyone ready to buy before Diwali who can use the card cashback or has a laptop to exchange.
- Tip: note the final price of the model you want now, so you can tell whether a Diwali offer actually beats it.
Lenovo Diwali Sale
- Dates: not announced for 2026; Diwali falls on 8 November. In 2020 Lenovo’s own offer terms show two phases, 30 October to 5 November and 6 to 16 November, around Diwali on 14 November.
- Status: Not announced. We have only one dated year, and Lenovo may run its Diwali offers inside Tech Utsav rather than as a separate sale.
- What gets discounted: laptops and desktops, plus bank card cashback.
- How deep: Lenovo India’s Diwali page advertises up to 55% off and cashback up to ₹10,000.
- Who it suits: buyers with an old laptop to trade in and a card that carries the festive cashback. More brands run offers in the same weeks on our Diwali sales page.
Lenovo Black Friday Sale
- Dates: not announced for 2026. In 2025 Lenovo India’s offer ran until 9 December. We found no dated record for 2024.
- Status: Not announced. With only one dated year, we won’t guess a window.
- What gets discounted: sitewide, across laptops, desktops and accessories.
- How deep: up to 40% off sitewide, per Lenovo India’s email for the 2025 sale.
- Who it suits: anyone who missed Diwali. It also overlaps the global Black Friday sales.
Lenovo Christmas and Year End Sale
- Dates: expected through December 2026 into early January 2027. The 2025 Christmas offer ran until 5 January 2026, and Lenovo’s terms for its “Best of 2020” sale show 9 to 31 December 2020.
- Status: Expected.
- What gets discounted: laptops and desktops, as Lenovo clears the year’s stock.
- How deep: up to ₹15,000 off plus up to ₹10,000 cashback, per Lenovo India’s email in December 2025.

Which Lenovo Sale Is the Biggest
By headline percentage, Back to School is the biggest Lenovo India sale, at up to 50% off laptops in July 2026. The chart ranks the four sales whose headline came as a percentage in Lenovo India’s own emails.

The chart leaves out the sales that advertised rupees instead of a percentage. The EOFY Sale’s up to ₹45,000 and the Republic Day Sale’s up to ₹30,000 can beat 50% on an expensive ThinkPad, but only on the top configurations.
Diwali is the hardest to rank. Its 55% headline comes from a Lenovo page that carries no date, so we can’t tie it to a single year.
Should You Buy Now or Wait
The longest gap between Lenovo India sales in 2026 was eight weeks, from the end of the Summer Sale on 19 May to Back to School on 16 July. Most gaps are shorter, so find the month you’re shopping in and follow the row.

The sale price is only the first layer. Stack the rest in this order, and check each offer’s terms before you pay.
Start from the live sale price
Confirm the sale is actually running on lenovo.com/in, since Lenovo leaves its sale pages online between events.
Add a program discount
College students verify through SheerID on Lenovo India’s student page; the October 2026 banner offers up to 10% off once verified. Businesses use the free LenovoPro tier, and anyone can join My Lenovo Rewards, which Lenovo says earns up to 9% back in points.
Pick card cashback or no cost EMI
Past Lenovo India offer terms say cashback isn’t valid on EMI transactions, so you usually choose one. No cost EMI needs a ₹15,000 minimum cart, and Lenovo refunds the interest within 20 business days of delivery.
Trade in or check the outlet
The exchange runs through Cashify; in December 2025 the bonus went from ₹2,500 on orders of ₹60,000 to ₹79,999 up to ₹15,000 above ₹1,50,000. Lenovo India’s outlet store sells clearance stock when no sale is live.
